I am thinkiing of flying to Columbus, Ohio, USA to attend a graduation of my friend's grandson. It's been five years since I last saw them all. Frankly, it'll be cheaper to drive roundtrip than to fly.

Bondi Beach

Two years ago, my flight on Delta Airlines, nonstop from Los Angeles, California was a dream come true !!  I got to meet my grandchildren for the very first time in Sydney, Australia.  This picture of Bondi Beach was taken by my granddaughter (at the age of 13)

Remembering Sydney

Two years ago, the highlight of my life was:  I got the opportunity to visit Sydney to see my grandchildren.  It was wonderful, visiting places in New South Wales.  I will include a "write up" later; I have not had access to high speed DSL (and privacy) for over a year; I will be finding a new apartment soon and it will include the amenities necessary to get serious about "blogging" and working on my website.
